Community Outreach Center was founded to enhance the quality of life and self-sufficiency of members of the community in need of financial and social services.  Our goal is to make accessing the services you need as simple as possible. Basic life essentials, like food shelter and medical care should never be beyond one’s reach. No person should be held back from obtaining assistance because they lack knowledge, or feel overwhelmed by paperwork.

Supported by years of training and experience, Community Outreach Center case managers provide expert advocacy, with patience, compassion and accountability. One may schedule a private consultation to discuss individual circumstances and receive personal assistance with completing applications and gathering supporting documentation.  In many cases, staff can assist callers over the phone.

Community Outreach Center facilitates access to services for senior citizens, disadvantaged and single-parent families, at-risk teenagers, unemployed or handicapped persons, as well as anyone else in need. We encourage you to take advantage of all resources available to you. Services include
